forex trading outlook today - New Zealand interest rate forecast 4 quarter 2013 : According to Goldman Sachs economists, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand is expected to keep the benchmark interest rate on hold at 2.5% until Q4 2013 as opposed to previously forecast they would hike rates in Q2.
